What it does

Enter your birth date, service computation date, high-3 and sick leave balance. High Three applies the rules OPM publishes: sick leave credit, the 1.0% or 1.1% multiplier, the 1.7% formula for special provisions, CSRS tiers, the MRA+10 reduction, the survivor election. Each row names the OPM rule it comes from.
