Everything you enter, including birth date, service dates, pay, scenarios and the PDFs and files you create, is stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We do not receive it, and we cannot see it.
The app has no sign-up or login. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
The only network activity is Apple's StoreKit, which handles the one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy applies to that exchange.
PDFs, CSV files and backups leave the app only when you choose to share or save them. Where they go is then up to you. Deleting the app deletes its data from your device; device backups you control may retain a copy.
High Three is not affiliated with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management or any federal agency, and it does not send your information to one.
The app is intended for adults and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
