Punchd is a time clock and pay tracker for hourly workers. You clock in and out, it keeps the shift, applies the overtime rules for your state, estimates what the hours are worth, and exports a timesheet you can hand to anyone. Everything runs on your device — no account, no sign-up, nothing uploaded.
Tap the big Clock In button on the Today tab, and Clock Out when the shift ends. To do it without opening the app, add the Punchd widget to your Home Screen — the small widget has a Clock In / Clock Out button built into it. You can also add or edit a shift by hand if you forgot to punch.
While a shift is running, Punchd shows a live timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a Clock Out button right there. If you do not see it, check iOS Settings → Punchd → Live Activities is on, and that Focus is not hiding it.
Federal (FLSA) weekly overtime — time and a half after 40 hours in a workweek — for every state, plus simplified daily overtime rules for California, Alaska, Nevada and Colorado. Punchd applies daily overtime first where the state has it, then weekly overtime after 40 hours, and hours already paid as daily overtime do not count toward the 40 a second time.
Check the state set on the job in Settings → Jobs; that is what picks the rule set. Then check Settings → Week starts on — a week that starts on the wrong day moves the 40-hour line. Local ordinances, union agreements and industry-specific rules are not modelled.
Open the Timesheet tab, pick This Week, This Pay Period or a custom range, then tap the share button and choose PDF or CSV. The PDF has a header, one row per shift, totals and signature lines. Exports are part of Punchd Pro.
The paycheck check is an estimate. Estimates only. Not legal or tax advice. Punchd estimates gross pay — hours times rate, with overtime applied. A stub shows net pay after tax, insurance, retirement and other deductions, and may include tips, differentials or bonuses Punchd does not know about. Compare Punchd's figure against the gross line on your stub, not the amount that lands in your account, and treat a gap as a prompt to ask your employer, not as proof of anything.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
Settings → Manage Subscription opens your Apple Account subscription settings in iOS Settings, where you can cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Delete the Punchd app. Everything lives in the app's own container on your device, so iOS removes all of it — shifts, jobs, rates and settings — when the app is deleted. There is no server copy and nothing to request from us. Export a PDF or CSV first if you want to keep a record. Cancel any subscription separately in iOS Settings.
