This website is operated by Swell & Stack Co. LLC, doing business as Swell & Stack Co., a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). For anything privacy-related, email [email protected].
Contact form & email. When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to deliver services you ask for — nothing else.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — pages visited, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP), device and browser type. GA4 sets cookies to do this. We see aggregate patterns, not your identity.
Security & infrastructure. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to block attacks and speed up delivery. Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page requested) are kept briefly for security and debugging.
Payments. If you buy a product from us, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we receive only your name, email, and what you purchased.
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads or ad trackers. We don't share your information with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.
Google (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting/security), Stripe (payments), and our transactional email provider (sending receipts and replies). Each processes only what it needs for its job, under its own privacy terms.
The only cookies here are Google Analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on, or browse with any cookie blocker — the site works fine without them.
Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any ongoing work. Analytics: per GA4's standard retention (14 months). Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Want to know what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll handle it — usually within a few days. Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have formal rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability; we honor these requests regardless of where you're from.
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
