The content here (copy, design, code, and case studies) is ours; you may read and share links, but not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Swell & Stack Co. designs, builds, deploys, and maintains custom AI systems and automations for businesses — AI integration, consulting, and business automation. Everything is custom-built. Because these systems need ongoing tuning to stay effective, engagements are typically structured as a project plus an ongoing retainer.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Scope, price, and timeline for any work are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement that we and you both accept. Where a signed engagement or service agreement exists, that agreement governs the work and controls if it ever conflicts with these website terms.
Where we sell a product or accept payment through the site, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Project and retainer fees are billed as set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed, except where required by law.
Rights in the systems and deliverables we build are handled in your engagement agreement. Our own pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how remain ours and may be reused across engagements. We're glad to reference completed work as a case study unless your agreement says otherwise.
AI systems produce automated output that can be imperfect and require ongoing tuning. We build and maintain them with care, but we don't warrant that any AI system will be error-free or produce any specific business result. You're responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and AI output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim (or, for the website itself, to $100), and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
If these terms change, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes get a note at the top of this page.
